1 Bedroom Apartment in Avenue Louise

This beautiful apartment has all the commodities you need to spend an enjoyable stay: a separate bedroom that is at the back of the building (so very quiet), a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a large living room with a dining area, and an open walls kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge and freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave.

We have 3 exactly the same apartments in the building, on the first, second and third floor. There is no elevator in the building.

Anneessens Tram Stop is 130 metres away and offers connections to sights such as Brussels South Train Station and the European Commission. Brussels South Train Station is only 2 tram stops away or 15min walk.

Access:

In order to reach the apartment, you have different solutions, the following are the easiest :
- From "Gare du Midi" : take the taxi (+-10€) or take the underground tram N°3 or N°4 for 2 stops and get off at stop "Anneessens". From there, walk 2 min and you will be arrived.
- From the airport : take the taxi (+-50€) or the train to "Gare du Midi" (+-8€ one way), then take the underground tram N°3 or N°4 for 2 stops and get off at stop "Anneessens". From there, walk 2 min and you will be there.

This apartment can easily host 5 people: 2 people can sleep in the double bed of the bedroom, 2 people can sleep in the double sofa bed of the living room and 1 person can sleep on a single mattress.

Close to principal atractions and monuments in Brussels.
Central and popular districts as Brussels Dansaert / Saint-Gery marked by the recent development of a new commercial centrality now widely recognized as "the palce to be". We are in an architectural city classified by Unesco where focuses the lively historic center of Brussels, with around all kinds of shops, bars, breweries squeezed in, without forgetting the unmissable Manneken Pis. Brussels is extended but nothing of an urban monster. In the historical center most of it is pedestrian, unless you take buses and trams to discover other nice neighborhoods like the Sablon, the Royal Palace, the Marolles or Ixelles.
