Hello! Spacious apartment located in a quiet apartment with view on the Cambre Abbey and its park. Very cozy and very well equipped! The apartment It is made of two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a sofa and a little office desk and the other with a single bed, a little office desk and many closets. The bathroom is very cozy, with a stone shower base, wooden furniture and bath. The toilet is close to the bathroom. The living area, with living and dining room is very pleasant for its comfort, deco, and brightness. The kitchen, colored and functional is very well equipped! Least but not last, you will have access to a private parking space in front of the building! Entrance The apartment is located in the 2nd floor of a 5 floors building, accessible through stairs and elevator. The neighborhood As for its name, the studio is located near the Ixelles Ponds and its park, lengthening of the Cambre Abbey Park, very popular for its walks, joggings, picnics (wooden tables available)…a bowl of fresh air, right next to the very popular Louise Avenue. By the way, you will reach the avenue after a 5 minutes’ walk and find every facility you need from a press shop, to different supermarkets or a fitness gym. Try “Le Café de la Presse” and after please, share your comments with us! For a great breakfast or a wonderful lunch, it is the place to be! Crossing the park, find the Hippodrome Avenue where you will enjoy 2 of our favorites eating establishments: “Les Tartines de Lila” (“cozy” sandwich shop) and “Les Tartes de Françoise (a must taste in Brussels!). Walking a bit longer (15 minutes taking a beautiful walk on the Ixelles Ponds) you will reach the Flagey Place and enjoy a drink in the bustling Café Belga or enjoy the best potatoes in Brussels! Travel facilities By car? You will access the accommodation through the Louise Avenue. For your entire comfort, a parking place is available in front of the building. By bus or tram? 5 minutes’ walk away, a bus stop will take you to all the city’s hot spots! By train? The nearest train station is the Midi train station but you will have to take the bus or the tram to reach the studio. Want to ride your bicycle like Freddy? Pick up a “villo”, bikes granted by the City of Brussels, in all the Villo stations available. Welcoming A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment.
