Private room near train station (N)

I live together with my little girl in an apartment in a house/villa with 3 apartments (one apt/floor), at the second floor (no elevator). It is semi mansard. I can offer you a separate private room with an extensible coach for 2 persons (185/130 cm), with a small cable TV, radio and Wi-Fi access. We have a kitchen (guests have access) and a big bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and shower and also a second bathroom, but only with toilet and sink. The small bathroom is for guests use. For shower they have access to the big one. We have also a garden, shared with the other residents of the house.
You can not smoke in the apartment. For smoking you have to go to the stairwell (photo) or to the garden.
The air conditioner is in the main lobby, is big and serve the entire appartment, but the doors should be open so the air can get in the rooms. For the guest room I have also a tall powerfull fan, Heinner brand, model HMF-1500WM, 60W. You can see it in the photo.
As you can see in the photos, in the Guest room there is an Infrared Sauna with ionisation unit and DVD/CD/external MP3 (for 1 person - size 88/89/180 cm) and a Vibration Massage Machine (2 speeds,4 types of bands: cellulite massage , linfo drainage, relaxation massage back, bottom, arms, legs, feet). If you want to use them please ask, is possible for an extra fee (7 E/person/session 30 minutes sauna and 15 minutes massage, or 10 E/2 persons).

Kitchen, small bathroom for toilet and big bathroom for shower.

House Rules

No smoking allowed in the house.
I don't accept drunk or drugged guests. If you intend to do that please don't book my place. I will not accept you in my house if you are in that condition.
Guest have to act decent and polite, with common sense.
Tidy after yourself and respect the house and the hosts.
Please take into consideration that in the house is living also a child (my daughter) and I wish that hosting experience to be a positive one for her.

Getting around

North part of the city, less then 10 minutes walk from subway/underground Basarab station (at 500 m is a secundary entrance and at 700 m is the main entrance) ; is near North Train Station (main train station) - 2 bus stations away, 1.5 km distance. A bus from airport ( express no 780) can bring you to North Train Station. Check ther bus schedule.
