This quiet apartment is located at the 1st floor in a building with 8 floors. The building has an elevator that makes the access even easier.
The entry to the building is video supervised.
At the entrance there is a small shop open 24/7 where you can buy water, beer, wine, cigarettes, cookies, coffee...
As all our properties, this apartment is also located close to the "Old Town" – place recognized for its restaurants, clubs and pubs.
Nearby you will find a nice Romanian restaurant, a Lebanese restaurant and some cosy coffee places.
Also, in Cismigiu Gardens there are some terraces where you can enjoy a coffee, tea or a cold beer watching the lake and the birds.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find two bedrooms with big beds, wardrobes, a big living area with lether sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen: electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster,electric kettle, glasses, plates, complete cutlery and bathroom with bathtube, towels and free hotel cosmetics: soap and shampoo.
If you want to prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner - in the nearest vicinity there is a supermarket where you can buy the necessary food.
