Bright, spacious and charming, this 50 sqm one bedroom apartment is located conveniently, at 5 minutes from the famous area of "Old Town”, near the Cişmigiu famous gardens, Revolution Square and Romanian Athenaeum. It is a short walk from the famous museums like the Museum of Art and History Museum of Romania. A small supermarket is on the other side of the building which is open 7 days a week - 24 hours a day. A short distance away is a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and nightclubs. Ideal for a short term rental, the apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator.
The building entrance is protected with the security code. Twin 2 Apartment is able to accommodate up to 4 people and comes equipped with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa in the living room. The apartment has unlimited internet access (wireless), TV with digital cable connection. There is parquet flooring everywhere except the bathroom, where the floor is tiled. The living room (25 sqm) is the ideal place to relax: it is very bright and quiet - the view is in the rear of the building. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is cozy and spacious. The comfortable bathroom offers enough space and a hot tub.
For the winter period, the apartment is equipped with permanent heating. In the summer period you can use both air conditioners placed in each room.
