Rental Details
Our spacious 5 room apartment is located in a gorgeous french inspired building, right across a small square. The room is 24 sqm and has generous double windows and a french balcony. It faces the trees across the sidewalk so it has a great view, it's not overly sunny and it keeps cool during those hot hot summer days. Also, most of the original finishings and decorations are still intact so you get a vibe of the old interwar Bucharest. The room is furnished with a comfortable double mattress, a big stander and a mirror. We can also offer a desk & chair if you need a private work space. You will also have direct access to the bathing area straight from the room.
Guest Access
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the 5 floor building. It has elevator access. There is also super fast wi-fi internet and clean filtered tap water. Except the other two bedrooms, you'll have access to all other areas.
Interaction with Guests
We are 2 and 1/2 people living in the apartment at the moment, all working in the architecture and advertising. Some of us will be present during your stay, but we are pretty busy and outgoing so we're not going to be around much...unless you want to hang with us and show you the good stuff from our beloved city ;)
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood has great access to transportation, supermarkets, banks, drugstores...you name it. Everything you need is in a 5 minutes walk reach.
There's also a very eclectic feel to this area.
Getting around
The area is very well connected with public transport. There's a cab station two minutes away too.
You can easily find the location by getting to University Square(Piata Universitatii) and then grab a bus for three stops or just have a 12 minutes walk on Carol Boulevard.
The 783 bus will pick you up right from the arrivals gate at the airport and leave you in the University Square. The cab fare should be around 7-10 Euros from the airport to our address.
