We shall try and be there during your checking in and checking out times, however, we travel a lot ourselves and if we are not around, we shall arrange for a host and professional cleaning services.

The Neighborhood

This is the only tall building in a 5 block radius and thus enjoys uninterrupted views of the city and Vancouver port. This is in the heart of downtown and all major shopping streets (Granville, West Georgia, Howe, Robson, Water Street, Pender, etc) are within a 10 mins walking distance. There are 2 convenience stores in the next building which are open 24 hours a day.

Getting Around

Guest flying in and out of Vancouver need only walk 2 buildings away to catch a direct shuttle to YVR International Airport from Waterfront station. The shuttle service takes 25 mins to and fro between Airport and Waterfront station.

The apartment is two buildings away from the main Waterfront Transit station and about 5 mins away are Vancouver Place and Vancouver Convention Centre. One has multiple options of public transport from skytrain, seabus, westcoast rail service, airport, etc). You don't need a car or a taxi service when arriving or leaving or just basic sight seeing. However, if needed, there is 'Dollar Thrifty' car rental company just opposite the entrance to the building and their rates are the the most competitive in the city.

Other Things to Note: The building includes a large pool, gym, sauna and 24 hour concierge. The apartment is complete with:

- a full kitchen (hot water kettle, microwave, gas hobs, toaster, lots of cutleries and cooking utensils)
- basic condiments, coffee, tea, salt, pepper and a variety of spices
