Feel safe, comfortable and welcome in this cosy, self contained, fully furnished suite in our character home. Private entrance through beautiful garden with landscape lighting.

Very walkable neighbourhood. Short two blocks to medical clinic, pharmacy and restaurants in South Cambie Village; and four blocks to bank, shopping, restaurants, antique stores, boutiques and evening entertainment on trendy Main street.

The Canada Line subway is two blocks away and leaves every 3 minutes for downtown waterfront (9 min ride), the airport (17 min ride) and stops in between! A bus stops directly in front of our house and leaves every 10 minutes for the University of BC (26 minute ride), the Brentwood Mall (29 min ride)and stops in between!

In nice weather, the backyard nicely extends the liveable area. The garden area has Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a patio table & chairs under a pergola covered in grape vines. The sounds you'll hear will be Wrens, Chickadees, Woodpeckers, and Blue Jays. Our wireless internet works there too.

It's an easy walk to Queen Elizabeth Park & Gardens, the Olympic Curling Rink, Riley Park Community Centre & Pool and Nat Bailey Baseball Stadium.

Bedroom - single bed (40" wide) with pillows, linens, alarm clock, dresser, armoire and closet - lots of storage space!.

Den - Cable HD TV 40", telephone for unlimited local calls, hi-speed Internet via cable or wireless, cosy electric fireplace, electric recliner lounge chair.

Kitchenette - dishes, utensils, coffee maker with complimentary tea and coffee, toaster, microwave & convection oven, glass top two burner stove, fridge/freezer, pots/pans.

Bathroom - shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels and complimentary soap & shampoo.

Entrance Hall - front loading washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap. Iron and ironing board, coat rack, and umbrellas for your convenience. Backpack and wheeled cart available.
