This gorgeous 1 bedroom in the heart of the city features forced air heating & cooling for year round comfort, hardwood flooring, stone countertops, custom flat-panel cabinetry with soft-close, full size KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and undermount sink.Come and experience true Vancouver living and be in the center of all the action!!

Bed setup: 1 x queen, I can add up to 2 twin size air mattresses (linens included for the extra air mattresses)

Included: Linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, A/C(central)

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup etc), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (will be 2 paper rolls complimentary upon arrival) , paper towels.

Please note:
* All reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours after booking.
* Minimum rental age is: 25
* Parking is available at $12 per day
* All prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking. We reserve the right to not accept a booking.
* If you have small kids we can also supply a pack and play at a $25 fee (one time charge)
* No pets and no smoking
* We do NOT host events/ parties/ or overnights in our suites at the moment
