Private room with great views in the villa of Pollensa.

It can accommodates two people in two single beds. Free WIFI in all the flat, kitchen and large living room. It has a cozy balcony for chill out and have dinner with wonderful views to the bay.

It is situated in Pollensa, 5 minutes walking from the center of the village where the square, bars and restaurants are crowded in spring and summertime.

The flat is in a cozy, relaxed and holidays environment. Guests have free access to the kitchen and all its features, livingroom with sofas and toilet

The room is big and bright, with two single beds placed together which can accommodate one or two people. The room has nice views to the mountain.

The favourite area of the flat is the balcony from where its possible to see the sunrise, have breakfast with views to the bay or just hang out in a relaxed place in the sunset and the evening time.

The accommodation includes the use of the kitchen, one of the two available toilets, living room, balcony, laundry area, free WIFI and towels.

I use to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week so I am not at home in that time. After it, I like to go to the beach or do some activities so I don't spend too much time at home. When I am there, I use to be working with the laptop, having a rest or having lunch or dinner.

I will be happy and open to help my guests if they have any question like know where are the best places and activities in the area.

Its a quiet neighborhood with a garden and a park in front of the building. It is possible to do a lot of activities in our village: kayaking in Cala San Vicente, sunbathing in the best beaches in Puerto de Pollensa and Formentor or horse riding through the bay.

The square of Pollensa is plenty of bars and restaurants in a friendly, enjoyable and festive environment, just 5 minutes walking from the appartment.

Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are the areas for clubbing and nightlife where fun and music are up till late.

There are bus connections to arrive to Pollensa from the airport.

There are also buses for moving around to the city or for go easily to the beach at Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia.

If the guest decides to rent a car, the flat is situated in an area where parking it is easy to find.
