This pretty villa is set amidst maintained gardens in an area between Pollensa and Port Pollensa with the nearest beach only 10 minutes drive away. This relaxed and airy house is very suitable for guests wanting to know the flavor of the real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.
The interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining/lounge area with large dining table, chairs and satellite TV. From the living/dining area there is also access to the separated fitted kitchen totally equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa sleeps 4-5 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom downstairs and 1 double bedroom upstairs in a gallery area. There is also 1 full bathroom downstairs. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space.
Outside is the impressive garden which offers sunbathing and space to relax on the terraces. With a seating area, 2 dining areas, a feature pond and views across the Mallorcan countryside this is a fantastic place to truly unwind. There is also a BBQ at your disposal to enjoy al fresco dining.
