Villa Can Just is a lovely stone villa hidden away down a quiet and narrow country lane just off of the Pollensa to Alcudia road. Private setting with mature trees surrounding a pretty garden and pool area. Ideal villa for a family holiday in a countryside setting. Just several minutes’ drive to the old town of Pollensa and 10 minutes drive to the beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa. Bright and airy interiors with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The lounge, dining room and kitchen is a sunny open plan space with a high ceiling and 2 sets of double doors leading onto the pool, terrace and garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and separate pantry with lots of storage space. The lounge has comfortable chairs, satellite television and dvd. A wood burning stove provides cosy evenings in early spring and late autumn.
2 sunny bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom room and 1 twin bedroom, both with dark wood furniture and views over the garden. The bathroom is between both bedrooms and has a bath and shower. Internet access. Rectangular swimming pool with roman steps. A stone sun terrace runs around the pool and there are several areas of lawn shaded by olive trees. A covered terrace with stone barbecue and cooking area. A small gravel garden behind the villa with trees and shrubs. From here there are lovely views of the dramatic Puig de Maria mountain with its 18th-century monastery perched on the top. There is a path up to the monastery which has magnificent views down over Pollensa to the sea.
