Tropical is a high-quality Resort 300m from the stunning sandy beaches of Santa-Maria in Sal. This Unique complex features a luxuriant tropical garden with large swimming-pool and Jacuzzi & sun lounges.

Apartment has been designed by award winning Italian designers and comes fully furnished. The property delivers the ultimate tropical lifestyle, situated in a quiet location, yet perfectly placed for all the islands exciting activities.

Apartment is self catering with kitchen and dining appliances. It is clean, spacious and decorated with modern furniture. Great for families or couples.

2 bedrooms sleeping 4 however there is a sofa bed in the lounge for an extra 2 guests.

Baby cot and highchair available on request, subject to availability. 

Additional facilities include an iron and board, UK adaptors, hairdryer and all bed linen and towels.

The beach has many activities such as fishing, kite surfing, scuba diving and other water sports.

The apartment is situated close to the town centre of Santa Maria. Santa Maria has a fantastic African cultural vibe with many shops, bars, restaurants and cafe's.

Sal Airport is located 15 mins away – hiring a car is not necessary as we provide a free airport transfer for 1 week and over stays.

**Free Services for guests staying 7 nights and over include:

A free portable router with 3GB of data that can be used anywhere on the Island, providing there is service. This can be topped up if required. There is a €100 security deposit for the router which is fully refundable if it is returned in the same condition as provided. We also have a USB stick available with films.

A basic welcome pack is supplied as well as free airport transfer both ways. Higher standard welcome packs are available on request, which can be prepared to suit various special occasions.

Check in / out times may be flexible depending on any guests arriving or departing at no charge.

We can accommodate for babies and children at no extra cost.

Free mid stay clean for guests staying 2 weeks or over.
