This recently refurbished 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom modern apartment is situated on the Djadsal Moradias Resort. Perfectly located near Santa Maria Town Centre and just 300m away from the main beautiful white sandy Santa Maria Beach.
Fully furnished, spacious accommodation with 2 balconies, 1 facing the swimming pool and the other with sea views.
Apartment is fitted with water filters to provide safe clean drinking water. Please note we are in the process of arranging installing air conditioning and mosquito blinds.
Comprising of a king size master bedroom with balcony, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with a walk in shower. Lounge / dining area has a dining table, a comfortable sofa, a TV and patio doors creating a bright and airy feel.
Self catering with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including all cooking and dining appliances such as a microwave, oven with electric hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all crockery.
Additional facilities include a safety deposit box, iron + board, UK adapters and a hairdryer.
The resort is surrounded by shops, a mini market and restaurants and is located opposite the Salina's Sea 5 Star Resort.
Facilities include a large communal swimming pool, children’s pool area and 24 hour security on site.
**Free Services for guests staying 7 nights and over include:
A free portable router with 3GB of data that can be used anywhere on the Island, providing there is service. This can be topped up if required. There is a €100 security deposit for the router which is fully refundable if it is returned in the same condition as provided. We also have a USB stick available with films.
A basic welcome pack is supplied as well as free airport transfer both ways. Higher standard welcome packs are available on request, which can be prepared to suit various special occasions.
Check in / out times may be flexible depending on any guests arriving or departing at no charge.
We can accommodate for babies and children at no extra cost.
Free mid stay clean for guests staying 2 weeks or over.
