Top floor has large roof terrace with views of the Melia Tortuga Resort and Ponta Preta Beach.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, uk adaptors, iron + board, mosquito nets, hair dryer and all bed linen and towels.

Property is located near to communal pool area and next to the bus stop which provides a free shuttle bus service that runs from Vila Verde to both Ponta Preta and the Town Centre.

Taxi's can be found easily around the resort, or they have an area outside the resort opposite. We can also provide you with a reliable taxi number. Please be advised taxi costs to Santa Maria are €3 in the day at €4 at night.

Resort Facilities include a supermarket, pool bar serving a continental breakfast, light meals and snacks (open from 8am – 8pm), Tennis Courts, an on-site restaurant (central square C10) open 7pm – 10pm, reception area, a bank, ATM and 24 hour security.

Set in a quiet residential area, ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday.

Sal Airport is located 15 mins away – hiring a car is not necessary as we provide free airport transfer for 1 week and over stays.

Free wifi access ( up to 3GB ) and a memory stick with a selection of movies is available at the property. We also have a small portable router available which means that you can have internet wherever you go on the island.

PLEASE NOTE : A fully refundable deposit will be required for the router and memory stick.
