Studio Room in Venice

Lovely and comfortable studio in great location.

Here you have a bedroom with a franch bed (140x200, so a little smaller than a regular 160x200), a table corner, walk-in closet and bathroom, all private, then upstairs you have the shared kitchen.

Only the studio is in the ground floor, and your privacy is more than assured!

The house is very nice and fully equipped.

The flat position is amazing as you're at worst 10 min far, walking, from the trainstation and then 10 min far to Rialto bridge and to the central part of Venice.

The house has a nice view as from here you can see 2 squares: campo nazario sauro and campo dei tedeschi, full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, everything you can need!

But still in a quiet area, full of residents and out of the tourist jam!

You're allowed to use the kitchen all day long so no one will actually cook your breakfast, but you will always find tea, coffee and all the essentials (and more) to cook.

If needed, we can provide all the amenities for babies (baby cot, high chair, linen, but even strollers, backpacs, carriers....) with charge.
This service is not provided by us, so we will just contact the rental service and be sure that you will find everything at your arrival.
If required last minute this services might not be available, so if you need it please let us know asap.

If you're leaving after the check out time you can leave your luggage in our office for the fixed price of 10 euros (from 10am to 8pm), we just need to know with some notice to be able to arrange it (better if you can tell us at the check in time).

You will recieve from us all the infos to arrive to Venice and to the I-Love-Venice office (meeting point for keys), with all the infos about public transports.

In the office they will give you the keys of the flat, a (very good) map of Venice and all the infos and tips and help that you can need!
