To enter the apartment you pass through the lovely garden, shared with the other inhabitants entering from this garden. This modern flat is on the ground floor, and is composed by a triple bedroom (one double bed and one single sofa bed), a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and, going down a few step, a living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed, tv and a characteristic view of a small Venetian canal. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine and dish washer.   In case of arrival from 19.30 (7.30 PM) to 23.30 (11.30 PM) we will require an extra fee of € 50,00.
