This lovely apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift unavailable).The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed (please notice that this room is only 10 square metres), a completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a Queen sized bed.The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian) and 2 fans.

The size of the apartment is about 55 square metres. This apartment is located on Calle Larga Foscari, in the south west of the main Venetian island, about 30 metres from the Canal Grande.

The apartment is very close to Campo dei Frari, a well-known square watched over by Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari church. The building that we can now see dates back to the 14th Century, and it replaced the 12th Century Franciscan church. Its bell tower is 70 metres high, which makes it one of the highest ones in Venice. Works of art by Tiziano, Bellini, Tron and Longhena can be admired within its walls, making this church a spot that you definitely don't want to miss!

Not very far away, you'll also be able to find the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista (where you may admire Bellini's, Longhi's and Carpaccio's) and Campo San Stin, built in Gothic-Byzantine style.As for public transportation, there is a vaporetto stop barely a few minutes away from the apartment, on the Canal Grande. The main railway station (Venezia Santa Lucia) is about a 20 minute walk away.
