Rental Details
The entrance to the apartment is by an elevator to the 4th floor, where you go up into the penthouse by a spiral staircase. It is not suitable for elderly people or persons with a handicap.
The kitchen is basic, has no stove and a small refrigerator. The kitchen is not suitable to cook and to prepare meals.
The terrace has side view on Praca General Osorio. It is located in Posto 7/8.
Close to the apartment are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and night life.
And ofcourse the famous Viera Souto beach avenue of Ipanema within 1 minute walking distance and the beach of Copacana in also 10 minutes walking distance.
For New Year and Canrival, we have only 10 nights packages. For the Olympics, we have only 10 nights minimum where the start date should be within 2 days from August 4 OR the end date should include August 22.
Costs of Electricity is included in the base price.
Costs of Laundry will be charged extra, as indicated. it is per 7 nights; so if you stay 2 weeks, we will charge you 2 times the amount.
At arrival you will need to register at the reception (=doorman) of the building and they will make a copy of your passports.
We will wait for you when you arrive. If needed, we do can organize VIP taxi pickups.
