Copacabana is a very secure area where the police are present at all times. As well as the concierges of the residence taking turns 24 hours a day. Very close to the residence you will find everything you are looking for whether it's to restore yourself, shops, restaurants; to have fun, bars and nightclub; or to relax with the beach less than 5min away. The residence is new and pretty. To get to your apartment, a lift is at your disposal.

The apartment of 85m2 (or 915 square feet) is very calm, clear, and clean. The living room is large with a very comfortable sofa. Opposite, a TV with cable, you can also enjoy Internet throughout the apartment with WIFI (code is given when you access the site).
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to create delicious meals: oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, but also a sponges, household products, etc. Just steps from the kitchen, the laundry room, with a washing machine.

You can sleep in two bedrooms, one very spacious room with a double bed and storage space, the other a little smaller with two single beds and a large wardrobe. We provide clean sheets during your stay. Air conditioning will mainly be in the larger bedroom but can also be used to cool the whole apartment. If necessary, there are fans in the bedrooms and the living room.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a mirror and a toilet. We will also provide you with towels, soap and toilet paper. Another bathroom will also be available.

I ask for a deposit of R $ 500 to secure any breakages or problems during your stay. Generally, the arrival time is set at 2pm, departure time at 11am, so that it can be cleaned before the arrival of the next tenants. In cases where no tenant arrives the same day as your departure, we can agree on your arrival or departure of the apartment to another time of day that we all agree on.
