Great location ( 5 min from Ipanema beach) next to metro, can go to the Maracana stadium cheering for your team, markets , cinema, restaurants , banks and many other alternative transport , gyms and other facilities. Ipanema is worldwide famous neighborhood where the people are awake 24 hours a day and night.

And what will bring the 2014 World Cup beginning June 12 and end July 13 , is a mixture of languages, races , colors. The whole world want to see the world's great festival of football , and I'm here to receive you with open arms and i will make sure that the apartment is welcoming to you and your guest.
All our apartments have lease rate, electricity, gas , included in the price.

I want to inform you that after choosing and booking an apartment you will be receiving a contract. Only after signing this contract the accomodation in the apartment selected by you and your group will be totally confirmed for the World Cup. Please read, sign, scan and send it back through e-mail. This procedure is in accordance with Brazilian law. In case I don't receive this document in 7 (seven) days I will understand you don't agree and/or gave up for the apartment. So, I will be cancelling your booking, but the service fee paid to the site is not on my responsability.
