This apartment with an urban aspect, has a wide, luminous living room with three environments, one in which there is a sofa bed, another space which a dining room with table and four chairs and the last one is an open kitchen completely equipped.

One accedes directly to the living room, from here, going up 4 stairs give way to a small corridor in which the bathroom is sitted, this is divided in two on both sides of the corridor, in one side there is the wash basin and watercloset and at the other one the shower. Continuing ahead the corridor the bedroom is located, with a double bed (futon).

It's sitted only 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, Prado and Reina Sofia Museum, Retiro Park and 5 minutes from Atocha . From this central apartment it is possible visit the tourist centre walking. Huertas neighbourhood is almost the most ancient one of Madrid. Plaza Santa Ana and Huertas st are well known because of its nightlife. It extends from Puerta del Sol to Atocha st and descends to Paseo del Prado.

This area is also called Barrio de las letras because it has great theatrical activity; moreover its streets has Golden Age´s authors´ names: Cervantes, Lope Vega, Quevedo and Góngora, who lived in these streets. It is said that Góngora lived in the current León st and the rest in their respectives.

This is an emblematic area of Madrid culture: Ateneo (Huertas st), Circulo de Bellas Artes (Alcalá corner) and the Spanish and Comedy Theatres. It is also close to Congreso de los Diputados.
