1- in "nuevos ministerios" then change into line 10 (dark blue)until tribunal 

2- then change into line 1(light blue) until "tirso de molina" an then a small walk into olmo 11, 1

nearest tube/subway/metro stop = tirso de molina (line 1, light blue).

As it´s so well located you´ll be in 5 minutes in gran via.5m to "sol square", "plaza mayor","the opera house" and the "royal palace".10m to the most famous madrid museums (prado, thyssen,reina sofia) 

the rastro (open market on sundays) only 5m away 

you´ll need no public transport during your visit as every single place worth visiting is walking distance.the area is full of restaurants and tapas bars
