Great oak wood floors in the living and the kitchen and Ibizean stucco in the sleeping area and the bathroom. The living room has a sofa, a Kartell centre table and two orignal Eames chairs. The 32" white TV set, DVD player and hi-fi are over a white cabinet. There is also a folding table that you could use as a desk or as a dining table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, vitroceramic, juicer, toaster, electric coffee maker, water boiler, washing machine and nice kitchenware. The sleeping area is elevated and separated by a curtain. It has a queen size bed and a small wardrobe.
Located in a quiet pedestrian street you will be within a five minutes walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza del Callao and Opera (Royal Palace). You are in the centre of it all. You can walk to all interesting neighbourhoods, restaurants, shows or events. Three underground lines, the train and many bus lines are in a 500 metres radio. And you have two great terrazas literally on your same building. The only warning is that it is a 4th floor with out elevator. Prepare those legs! There is Wifi, bed and bath linen is provided. Don´t hesitate to ask anything you want to know.
