This spacious holiday house is situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive groves, with stunning views across the Umbrian estate. On the side of the house, you go up the stairs and then enter a pleasant living room. In front is the dining table and further, around the old wood stove, is a comfortable seating area. From the living room, you can reach the large private balcony, where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun and the grand surroundings. The living room has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, where you can prepare a complete Umbrian meal. For a refreshing dip, you can use the swimming pool that you share with the other apartments, which are situated on the estate. This is one of the few estates where the olives are still pressed into oil on the estate. In October and November, you can use the olive-press yourself! The estate is ideally located to explore Umbria. The cities of Perugia and Assisi are located next door, while the towns of Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto and Terni are within easy reach.
