Il Moraiolo

This old hunter's lodge is situated on a large estate surrounded by olive trees. The restoration of this hunter's lodge has created three charming apartments and two rooms. This apartment has a front patio, which is a great place for sitting outside and from where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful Umbrian countryside. If you are looking to cool off, you can take a dip in the shared swimming pool 100 meters away from the house. As one of the few remaining estates, olives are still pressed into oil on this estate. In October and November, you can use the olive-press yourself! If you want to go shopping you can go to Torgiano or play tennis in Betonna, both can be reached within four kilometres. The estate is ideally located to explore Umbria. The cities of Perugia and Assisi are located next door, while the towns of Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto and Terni are within easy reach.
