This holiday home's living room and kitchen for 8 persons are on the ground floor and have a door to the garden; the entrance and the bedrooms are on the first floor. From the large lawn in front of the house, you go up a flight of stairs and enter a hall. If you go downstairs, you enter a cozy living room with nice big fireplace. The house has plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the sun, or you can find a spot at the pool that you share with other guests. From the garden you have a magnificent view of the Umbrian hills with forests and olive groves. On the estate, surrounded by hills covered with olive trees, you can enjoy the age-old tranquility of Umbria. This is one of the few estates where the olives are still pressed into oil on the estate. In October and November you can attend the olive pressing yourself. The estate is ideally located to explore Umbria. The cities of Perugia and Assisi are located next door, while the towns of Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto and Terni are within easy reach.
