My apartment is located on Hay street, Next door to Rydges Hotel and opposite The Holiday Inn.
Central to everything, you can shop til you drop or eat til you burst with both swanky restaurants and food court downstairs. Walking distance to many of Perths attractions, like, Kings Park, Bell tower, Swan river, Arena concert hall, and China Town in Northbridge.
Public transport is a breeze to catch and car rental companies is 200m away.
The apartment is fully furnish and self contained. Renting of the rooms includes coffee, tea, milk, wifi, TV, washing machine, dryer, herbs/spices for cooking, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, soap and more.
All you need is your luggage and toothbrush.
I have a good sense of humour and can recommend, or take you to interersting places that is not in the travellers guide. There may also be some free meals because I love to cook.
