This accommodation is a near new house, located in one of the nicest suburbs in Perth, Victoria Park is a convenient suburb because it is very close/walking distance to bus stops, library, about 150 restaurants and café’s, many amenities such as Victoria Park shopping centre, East Victoria Park shopping centre, many private and public schools, Curtin University, Car dealer and wash, Casino etc.

Only about 15 minutes to Airport and about 10 minutes to Central of Perth City, Kings Park, Swan Bell Tower, Swan River, China Town etc.

House Facilities

Friendly atmosphere, unlimited wifi, lockable bedrooms in which we also only provide bed+linen, pillow+case, bed-sheet/quilt, pedestal fan, desk+chair, wardrobe, and lockable shared/private own bathroom-toilet.

For the house public area, we only provide iron+board, LED colour TV, big fridge-freezer, kettle, water-jug, microwave, toaster, oven, cook top, few dishes, few pot-pan and rice cooker.

Every adult and child or infant is counted and charged as a guest. This is budget accommodation so pricing is not negotiable.

We also provide airport transport at a of cost between AUD50 and AUD100 per trip for maximum 4 people per vehicle, depending on how much luggage you will have and how big your luggage is because it will determine what sort of car we can provide.
