Welcome to the heart of the old town of Rovinj, overlooking the sea, the harbour and the island of St. Catherine. It is a charming renovated 4-star apartment on the last 2 levels (3rd and 4th floor) for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (shower / WC) + sofa bed in the lounge. Additional toilet. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates, sink, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave.

Very quiet and situated on the last two floors of a building located in a picturesque street, just a few steps from the beautiful beaches and rocky coves of the old town of Rovinj, close to many restaurants, art and craft shops and the Saint Euphemia church overlooking the old town and the Adriatic Sea. We have to warn you that we have a spiral staircase to the apartment (maybe inconvenient for elderly guests).

Open wooden stairs which are not very suitable for small children. Bed linen and towels are included. Public car park at the entrance to the city can be used. Rovinj is a historic pedestrian city, luggage can be transported from the parking to the apartment by specific small cars available on request. Our apartment is situated in an unique place in the old town but with a peaceful atmosphere and just few steps from the center, the beach, the shops and the restaurants.

The bus and taxi station are 400 m away. Guest don't really need their car to enjoy the beauty of Rovinj. In the price are included: registration, daily tax, VAT 23 %; change of bedclothes, towels (once per week); energy, water, WiFi internet.
