Nice Sea View Room for 3 Persons

Our SEA-VIEW room without kitchen for 2-3 people offers a home atmosphere and is composed of a bedroom, and a bathroom. It has been recently renovated. The bedroom makes a great place to sleep and rest. You can also enjoy the view of the entire garden of which we are very proud and of the sea. The room has A/C. You are also free to use our wireless Internet signal across the residence. Every guest will receive clean sheets/blankets/pillows and fresh towels for the room, as well as a  refrigerator, a coffee and tea maker, an outdoor grill, and a car parking place in the garden (also for bikes if you have them). Our room is situated in an unique place in the old town but with a peaceful atmosphere and just a few steps from the center, the beach, the shops and the restaurants. The bus and taxi station are 500 m away. Guest don't really need their car to enjoy the beauty of Rovinj. *** Room Fees *** Booking fees: EUR 0.03% of rent
