Casa Nitz is a modern apartment located in a new building in the area of Paseo Martitimo. The best you can ask from your holiday in Ibiza.
The property is located next to Marina de Botafoch, the most trendy and renowned area of the island and it is few steps away from all the attractions of Ibiza.
The beach of Talamanca as well as the most beautiful restaurants and bars of Marina of Botafoch and Marina of Ibiza are really at hand (you will reach them just crossing Avenida 8 de Agosto) while “Pacha” (the most famous disco of the world) is just round the corner.
Casa Nitz is perfect for 4 people, it consists of a living room with sofa, a well equipped kitchen (with oven, ceramic hobs and dishwasher), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, clothes dryer and all kind of amenities. Of course it is fully air conditioned and WI FI is also available.
From there you can enjoy views of the sea, of Talamanca beach and of Avenida 8 de Agosto. In the residence there is a community swimming pool and a parking (monitored by cameras) for those who decide to rent a car.
