From there you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea, the beach of Talamanca and of Avenida “8 de Agosto”. The residence has also a community pool and a parking monitored by cameras.
In this apartment guests will have at their disposal a huge terrace (equipped with jacuzzi) that is located on the top roof of the building, from where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful sea view. Furthermore a shared swimming pool and parking space are available.
The access to all the main attractions of Ibiza is at just 5 minutes walk, Talamanca beach at fews steps, Pacha (the most famous disco-club of the world) just around the corner, the most beautiful restaurants and bars of Marina of Botafoch and Marina of Ibiza are reachable in a while ( just crossing Avenida 8 de Agosto), the hospital is at 100 meters from the bulding, as well as the main bus stop and the taxi stop (that is in front of Pacha at 200 metres).
