This is a beautiful three bedroom apartment that has been completely redecorated and designed for 2015. It sits in a discrete corner of the famous and exclusive Ibiza Royal Beach apartment complex. In total it is 180 sqm, 120 sqm. being the apartment itself and the remaining 60 sqm. divided between the two spectacular terraces. It is fully air-conditioned and sleeps six people comfortably.
The charming open plan lounge and dining area leads through to the main terrace with views of Bossa beach, the sea and the community area below. Being on the sunrise side of the island, the front terrace is the best place to start your day by having your breakfast at the comfortable design table while looking towards the pool and the sea. The additional sunset terrace offers an impressive extra chill out area. Its main feature is a very comfortable Balinese bed and flourishing plants.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy this beautiful oasis before an evening out. For your entertainment there is a widescreen 60'' 4K Panasonic TV in the lounge that streams a wide variety of channels from all over the world. There is free, independent and strong, wireless internet throughout the apartment. By connecting to the network you will be able to stream your own music from your device through the Bosé sound system. In the master bedroom there is also an Apple computer to which you will have full access. Both the master and second bedroom have king-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed but its bathroom is equipped with a modern, powerful and colour changing jacuzzi. Whilst the master bedroom has access to the front terrace the other two share access to the sunset terrace where you can enjoy extra privacy. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with power showers, toilets, wash basins, complimentary toiletries, complete set of towels (10 per bathroom/bedroom including small, medium, full size and beach towels).
The kitchen is definitely of a gourmet standard. If you want to prepare a great meal the kitchen has all the tools that you need. It is fully equipped with high standard, branded machinery and utensils (there is also a full gold set available). There is a large cooker, oven, huge fridges, freezer and also a very convenient refrigerator which will contain a fine selection of champagnes and wines. The utility space right outside the kitchen gives you access to the washing machine and dryer.
