Being on the top floor of a 9 story building, this share house boasts stunning panoramic views overlooking the city. Available are 11 private rooms and 1 room to be used as a dormitory for two. All twelve rooms have been furnished with brand new furniture.
With direct access to both JR Sobu Line and the Toei Oedo Line, Ryogoku is not only near Kinshicho and Akihabara, but conveniently available to Iidabashi, Shinbashi, Shinjuku, Azabu-Juban, and Roppongi.
Area Information
Ryougoku is a modern yet historic city combining sumo wrestlers, good food, and charm. It shares its home with many large companies, high rises, and a thorough variety of dining options. A famous dish for this town is Chanko Nabe, a classic sumo dish resembling a large stew served family style. Around the station you will find the departure point for the Sumida River Water bus, Edo-Tokyo Museum, Museum of Sumo, YOKOZUNA Yokocho, and the Ryougoku Indoor Pool. For those interested in history, Ryogoku will tell you the story of the birth of sumo as a tournament sport, Ako Roshi and feudal lords, and the acclaimed Japanese author from the Taisho period, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke.
The property itself is located within a 3 minute walk to 5 convenience stores, and a 5 minute walk from the 24 hour supermarket Maruetsu.

The 9 story building is made with steel frame reinforced concrete and is located right near the station. The first 8 floors are rented out as general housing, and the 9th floor has been made into a share house.
The size of the private rooms range from 4 jou to 6.8 jou (6.12-10.41 square meters).
Depending on the room, rent varies from 54,000-68,000 yen for the private rooms, and 38,000 yen per head for the 2 person dormitory.
All of the rooms, as well as all the common areas and facilities will allow you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views from all throughout this newly renovated share house.
Transit Information
Kinshicho Station, defined by the large shopping area lining the streets outside of the station, is only one station away on the JR Sobu Line. 3 minutes.
On the other side of the Sumida River lies the Nihonbashi area. The Higashi Nihonbashi Station is 1 kilometer away. A mere 12 minute walk.
The world-renown electronic mecca, Akihabara, is 2 stations away on the JR Sobu line. 7 minutes.
Hongo Sanchome, the station for the University of Tokyo is an 8 minute commute on the Oedo Line.
The business area of Iidabashi Station, along with its many language schools, is a 10 minute ride on the Oeda Line.
Kanda station, as well as the Otemachi Station of Marunouchi area is 14 minutes away.
Shinjuku Station, 19 minutes

Azabu Juban, 22 minutes.
The Toei Oedo Line will take you directly to Roppingi in 24 minutes.

両国は現代的な都市機能を持つ一方で下町的な情緒と歴史的な背景をしのばせる史跡も多く残っている点が魅力です。
高層ビルや各種上場企業の本社ビルが立ち並んでいる一方、あちこちに力士像が立っていたり、多くのグルメスポットが密集しています。値段も安く、ボリューム満点。ファーストフードから和洋中、そして力士といえばちゃんこ鍋、と美味しいこと目白押しです。駅周辺には、隅田川の水上バス発着所、江戸東京博物館、相撲博物館、横綱横丁、両国屋内プール、行って楽しい場所も充実しています。歴史に興味のある方であれば大相撲の定場所が始まった回向院、赤穂浪士が討ち入りした吉良上野介の屋敷跡、勝海舟生誕の地碑の建つ両国公園、大名庭園の面影を残す旧安田庭園、両国の地で幼少時代を過ごした芥川龍之介の文学碑などなども外せません。

東京大学に通う方が多く利用する本郷三丁目駅まで大江戸線で8分です。
