Guest Access

Full access to the apartment. I moved a few months ago, but I still love the neighborhood. Friends and family stay there when they are in the city.

Interaction with Guests

I work from home so I can be available during the day. I'll never turn down a free beer. If you have any questions about Philadelphia feel free to message me. I live less than 10 blocks away.

The Neighborhood

Safe, quiet neighborhood great for walking and biking with lots to do. There are five museums within walking distance. There's a low-key but fun nightlife with lot's of local bars and restaurants nearby. Center City is also within walking distance.

Getting Around

Easy Access to the following public transit lines:
Broad Street Line -4 blocks
33 Bus, 43 Bus stop on the same block Connecting you to Center City and the main train stations, Old City (Historic district, Liberty Bell, Independence Museum,etc), Chinatown, West Philadelpha, University City, Northern Liberties and the Casino.

Cabs run along Spring Garden as well as 19th for most of the day and night. Uber drivers are always cruising around. I never have to wait more then 5 minutes no matter how late it is.

Other Things to Note

Whole Foods is two blocks away. If you are staying more than two days I can pick-up groceries for your stay and have them waiting for you when you arrive.
