The property is a one bedroom apartment confortable for 2 persons with the option for an extra guest in the livingrooma and a private balcony. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal and a center island. Hardwood floor throughout with newly installed carpeting in the bedroom. Plus, 2 flatscreen tvs, DVD players, newly installed AC units, cable TV, free wireless internet as well as bathroom accessories.
All guests will be welcomed with a complimentary kit containing fresh basket of fruits, an assortment of coffee bags, cookies and a bottle of water, as well as, a kit with complimentary luxury bathroom toiletries. Additionally, at the time the reservation is made, we will provide you with $20 in UBER car service credit for your use during your stay.
Nightly rate is $150 with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
