Large and spacious two-rooms flat with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Milan.
The flat is on the ground floor of a traditional housing built around a central courtyard a few meters from Piazza Cinque Giornate.
The entrance door is located at the center of the corridor.
The first room to the left is a very spacious and modern living room, furnished with a pull-out couch, two armchairs, a TV plasma and a large carpet. Two large and colorfully paintings give brightness to the room.
Behind the living room there is the kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
At the center of the kitchen a large wooden table is surrounded by 6 chairs.
To the right side of the living room there is the bathroom with jacuzzi’s bathtub, ideal for a relaxing moment after working or non-stop touring in this chaotic Milan!
The sleeping area is located to the right side of the entrance door.
The first bedroom on the left is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table in between, a dresser and a small closet.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a dresser, two bedsides and a large closet.
Between this two rooms there is the utility room with washing machine and everything you need for your laundry.
The apartment is ideal for those who wish to be at the center of Milan without giving up the comfortable spaces and the quiet that only a real home can give you!

It is not allowed to have parties . 
Check-in and check-out are to be done at the office Homes Rentals from 9:00 to 19:30 . 
The check in and check out at the apartment and overtime are paid ( from 23:30 to 7:30, cost € 50.00 - other times , cost € 30.00 ) . 
Deposit: At the arrival we require a deposit of Euro 250,00 to pay by credit card ( no AMEX , no cash) , refundable at departure after checking the apartment . For stays longer than 15 nights , request a custom quote . 
Utilities for more than 15 nights are under payment: 
-energy electricity € 0.35 / kw and gas € 1.00 / m3 ; ( Aprox 40/50 Eur monthly )
