THE SPACE

Located in one of the most famous areas of Milan, Tortona area, at the SECOND FLOOR of a typical building of Milan, this cozy apartment offers you the opportunity to spend some quality time just few steps away from the city center.
The sleeping area of the apartment is composed of TWO ROOMS :
the MASTER BEDROOM with a DOUBLE BED, a nice and big closet and a BALCONY that faces the inner courtyard offers comfort and privacy.
The SECOND BEDROOM has TWO SINGLE BEDS that can be put togheter for a double bed and a nice new library.
In the living area there is a SINGLE SOFA BED for the fifth person, a dining table that can be enlarged, a FLAT TV SCREEN and the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped and it has DISHWASHER, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the utensilery you might need to prepare your own favourite meals.
The bathroom, overlooking the balcony, has bathtub and WASHING MACHINE.
Wi-Fi internet, stereo and Dvd are available for your free time to relax with colleagues or friends.
The apartment has its own PRIVATE GARAGE in the building where you can leave your car safe and secure WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST.

It is a completely private apartment and has all the amenities and comfort you could hope for. The apartment is on the third floor with the lift ;
you will find inside the apartment bed linen and towels

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In the area you can find all kind of commercial activities such as bars, restaurants, supermarket ( "Esselunga", the biggest one in Milan is just 180 meters away ) pharmacy, clothing stores and banks.
You can easily reach the following interesting areas of Milan:
1-Tortona, famous for its events during the Fashion and Design Week
2- Corso Vercelli and Piazza Conciliazione very elegant street of Milan
3- Castello Sforzesco, one of the main attraction of Milan where you can book a tour and discover the secrets of its beauty
4- Navigli, the artifical canals of Milan with all the famous lounge bars and live music on the street

GETTING AROUND

The area is very well served by public transports such as buses and trams: the bus n. 58 stops right down by the building and bring you directly to the center in just 8 stops which is very comfortable and easy to use and the tram n.91 bring you to Central Station
There are as well two subway station ( red subway line "DeAngeli" or "Wagner" ) within 850 meters away from the apartment .
