Located on Via Ressi, This apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building of the 70 '. After the entrance door if you turn to the right there is the kitchen (closed with a closet) . The next room has a large double sofa bed, and a glass table with 4 chairs, several pieces of forniture embellish the room and give plenty of space to personal belongings.
The bathroom, in the central area of the apartment, is complete with shower and washing machine. From the front door to the left there is a large closet with mirrow doors and behind you can get to another room with another sofa bed for 1 more person.
Damage deposit: For rent less than 15 night A security deposit of EUR 250 ( we only accept credit card) is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
Check in / Check out Pls. Remember that you must do the check in/ check out in our office NEXT TO CENTRAL STATION) Business hours: 9 to 19.30 - An extra charge: 30 Euro, will apply during when the office is closed.
An extra charge : 50 Euro, will apply during midnight hours. For BOOKINGS with more of 15 Nights Please consider, that electricity ( 0,35 Eur/kw ) , internet ( 25 Eur/ month) & final cleaning (80 Eur)
