Three bedroom security townhouse on two levels with single car space in covered secure parking area. The house is very close to Rushcutters Bay Park, it’s just across New South Head Rd; about 3 minutes walk.
The house will comfortably cater for 6 persons. There is a very comfortable lounge, with stylish leather sofas, a plasma screen TV DVD/CD player and stereo radio. Foxtel is installed.
It has a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top of the range appliances, and dining area with a dining table to seat 6. All good quality table ware and crockery is provided.
There is a powder room on the ground floor and also a fully equipped laundry with a washer and drier. The property features a large back courtyard and 2 front balconies.
There is a master bed with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony. The second and third bedrooms have double beds. Both the bedrooms have bedside tables and table lamps. There is also a spacious main bathroom with bath and separate shower.
There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station. This is a busy area; very close to the main road and also to the railway into Sydney city. It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross where there are excellent restaurants of all kinds. A great selection of coffee shops also clubs and nightlife in this area.
Bus at door and train within 5 minute walk. The city is 10 minutes away. There is also immediate access to Cross City tunnel by car.
