This private room in a modern apartment overlooks historic Redfern Park & just 10 minutes from the CBD, boasts a resort style feel with lap pool, very comfortable queen size bed, your own bathroom, fluffy bathrobes, large balcony, wifi and comfortable living areas.


With a beautiful easterly aspect, capturing the sun in the morning and sheltered light in the afternoon, overlooking historic Redfern Park and nearby Redfern Oval, home to the South Sydney Rabbitohs, premier first grade Rugby League team. Relax on the balcony for breakfast in the morning or glass of wine or cold beer in the afternoon, reliving sights and sounds enjoyed throughout the day.

The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed (so my guests tell me, check out the reviews), bedside tables, chest of drawers and double wardrobe, with plenty of wood hangers and two fluffy bathrobes. The second bathroom, finished in mosaic tiles, has a combined bath/shower, perfect for a soak at the end of a long day. The bathroom also has the laundry with a washing machine and dryer, available for guests to use.

The open plan living and dining area provides ample seating and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee.

And to top it off, there is a good size lap pool and spa in the centre of the complex, with tropical gardens and BBQ area.

I love living opposite Redfern Park, it is a fantastic view and very relaxing to look at all the people walking their dogs, kids playing, birds chirping in the century old Moreton Bay Figs. There are more and more restaurants opening all the time and some of my favourites are Tapeo, Eat House Diner, First Drop Cafe and the Woolpack Hotel.

The city is a 10 minute bus ride away, you're less than 10 minutes from both Central and Redfern stations, so if your planning day trips to the Blue Mountains or anywhere else, a train ride is a great way to get there. Surry Hills, home to Sydney's bar and restaurant scene is 15 minutes walk and the airport is 15-20 minutes drive away.

The apartment is so conveniently located, it is in a highly sought after apartment complex for both renters and buyers alike. There is street parking if you have a car and Woolworths supermarket is just 50 metres away.
