The Space
This Sandstone cottage, built circa 1880's, is a gorgeous and unique, your own private hideaway.
A unique experience for any guest staying in Sydney. This Private Cottage is a perfect location right in heart of Darlinghusrt The main living area is equipped with a 3 seater couch as well as a 2 seater/sofabed , TV, DVD, The main area leads onto a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom.
The loft area is utilized as a bedroom/ or study with a double size bed and has a south facing window as well as a north facing stable doors that can be opened to allow more light to come in.
The property comfortably allows for up to two guests at any one time.
We provide a one off light complimentary breakfast upon arrival.
The property has a private courtyard of approx 23sqm and is equipped with out door tables & chairs that seat up to 4 people, and is perfect for outdoor entertainment.
Centrally located in the heart of Darlinghurst,with CBD just moments away, this is truly a one of a kind stay for any guest.

Guest Access
The property is fully furnished with high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge. Lounge area has a television .A double size bed situated in the loft area, and a sofa couch that folds out to a comfy double bed. Regular bed linen and fresh towels will be provided. Also comes equipped with a front end loader washing machine.

Interaction with Guests
We are available at all times to help guests with any enquiries during their stay while still respecting guests privacy. Check in will usually be done personally by either myself or my partner Carolyn, unless other commitments do not allow for this, in which case prior arrangements will be made with guest so that their check in is hassle free.

The Neighbourhood
Darlinghurst is an eclectic and very diverse area of Sydney. Situated only moments from Sydneys C.B.D, Oxford Street & Kings Cross, it is a neighbourhood with plenty on offer. Around the corner from where you will be staying there is plenty of choice in regards to entertainment, food & dining and other activities.
Darlinghurst is full of local galleries, and only moments away from N.S.W Art Gallery, for all you art lovers out there :-)
As one of Sydney's most colourful neighbourhoods there is something here for everyone.

Getting around
Public transport is conveniently located all through Darlinghurst, with bus stops and train stations all within walking distance from where you will be staying.
There is plenty of on street parking but the area can be monitored by rangers from time to time.
To arrive to my property from Sydney airport is extremely easy and the best way would to be either to catch the train to either St James or Kings Cross station and than jump a cab (should cost less than $10) down William St and onto either Bourke or Riley St depending on what station you are coming from. Further directions will be given prior to arrival
