Rental Details
This is a brand new building with a gym, a swimming pool on the roof and a reception with 24/7 security guards. You need a key card to get in the building.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. When you go on the balcony, you actually experience the Thai lifestyle. Street vendors selling food mostly. It's almost like a little village in the city centre. I would recommend you to walk around these small streets after your check-in. It's a nice experience.
The apartment in itself is simple yet decorated with style. It has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and 2 heating plates. It has all what you need to cook and eat in & invite friends.
The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) - you'll find shampoo and soap for you.
You'll have an internet access, UBC (all channels like CNN, HBO..) and a maid service. 3 times per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you book more than a week, I'll offer you an airport pickup.
