Central 1Bed Apt near MRT & BTS

The Space
Surawong City Resort is a new apartment building in the center of Bangkok. It has only 8 floors, with the swimming pool on top. There's a reception and security guards 24/7 and you'll need a key card to access the lift.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor, the same floor as the gym (you can use it anytime for free). When you enter the apartment, the kitchenette is on your right and bathroom on your left.

The kitchen is simple yet equipped so that you can cook and eat-in. Microwave, heating plates, boiler, rice cooker, toaster, etc... I tried to make it the most functional and convenient for someone coming for a few days weeks or even months.

As for the living room, it has a bench with cushions and table for dinning. TV set is also there, with cable (CNN, HBO, etc..).

The bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet.
And sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom has a shower, and I provide shampoo, soap and towels.

If you need laundry, that can be arranged (price per piece or per month). There's a shop, next to the residence who can do this for you and deliverer cleaned laundry to your room.

I also offer an airport pickup for weekly/monthly stays. If you come for a few days but would like me to arrange an airport pickup, no problem - I'll do it for you at cost (700 baht, one way).
