The Space

The unit is on the 3rd level of an 8 story building. The total area of the unit is 98 sqm. The living area is big enough to accommodate guest and be used as a make shift room (airbed can be provided for tenants who booked the whole apartment). Kitchen area is provided with 4 electric stove top, rice cooker, bread toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle. Plates and utensils are provided too as well as pots and cooking tools. Both bedrooms are with en suite toilets. Living room and both rooms are with balcony.

This is the master's bedroom in this 2 bedroom unit. En suite toilet with separate shower and bath tub..

Guest Access

Guest do have access to the roof top pool and garden. There's a small fitness room that can be use as well.

Interaction with Guests

Either Jhun or I who will be assisting you to do check-in and check-out. If you have any concern or questions you may call me or send me an SMS. If in case of any emergency, Jhun and I are available 24 hours.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is situated in the heart of Bangkok which means short travel times to any kind of city attraction. Right next to the apartment building you will find several food stalls, coffee places, the famous 7-11 stores and Family Mart.

Suan Phlu area is a hip place where locals meets the Expats kind of community.. This area is surrounded with restaurant that caters French, Italian, Western and of course Thai cuisine. There are many hip small cafés for relaxing in a sunny Bangkok. With 200 meter radius, you'll find police station, post office, immigration office, wet and dry market, universities, and lots and lots of Embassy (it means that the area is secure). CCTV is in place in almost every Street corners so no blind spots where bad guys can do bad thing and not being recorded.

Getting around

The area is very accessible from 4 train station (BTS - Sala Daeng & Chong Nonsi; MTR - Lumpini and Silom). It's eaither you take a taxi from those station and it will just cost you 45 Baht or a short walk to and from the station (8 minutes). Tuk-tuk, taxi and motorbike taxis are available almost 24/7. Bus is available as well from the area.

Other Things to Note

This may look like a hotel or service apartment but it isn't. So making the space tidy and clean during your stay is appreciated. The unit will be spotless clean upon check in. Cleaning fee is applied for the cleaning of room upon check out. For cleaning request, it can be done but with a fee. Changing of linens and towels are done every 3rd day (for long staying guest). Appliances will be checked upon checking in to ensure all are working fine. Broken or missing stuff in the room will be charge (depends on which kind).

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking in the apartment please. If you smoke, you are welcome to do so on the balcony.

Please respect the neighbors and be considerate about the noise that can disturb them.
