A four bedroom, two bath, one balcony, large living room, kitchen, and dining room. Best, East District (東區 Dong Qu), 3 Min to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall MRT. 5 Min to Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT. 5 Min to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall.

The Space
This place is for those whose time is very valuable and want to make the absolute most of their visit to Taipei. The location of the building is the best (in my professional opinion) in all of Taipei and all of Taiwan.

Recently and expertly remodeled four bedroom apartment (about 40 ping/1400 sq. feet/132 sq. meters), two bathroom, one balcony, kitchen w/ kitchen supplies, dining ware, toaster oven and microwave, extra large couches, three bedroooms with double-sized beds, one bedroom with a single-sized bed, washer/dryer, nice wood work, free wireless (wifi) 100m/20m internet, reasonable use of all utilities included, ACs, LCD TV, desks and office chairs.

Centrally located (all times in walking distance): less than 3 minutes to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall MRT, 5 minutes to ZhongXiao DunHua MRT Station (blue line, first stop east of ZhongXiao FuXing), 5 min to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, 6 minutes from Ton Ling - (which houses Luxy, World Gym (24 hour guest passes available), Zara, a movie theater (private rooms) and more), in the middle of Dong Chu 東區/東区. If you know Taipei, you have walked by this location multiple times. If you don't know Taipei, that's too bad - but it is the best location you can get in Taipei for 20-35 year olds in my professional opinion.

Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin Chinese. Highly prefer written English, am beginner level in Traditional Chinese and can use (website hidden) translate for other languages.

Before you book, please note that the following activities are not welcome: smoking, pets, drugs, parties and other illegal activities. Smoking allowed ONLY on the balcony with the balcony doors closed.
