Centrally located (all times in walking distance): 2.5 minutes to Xinyi Anhe MRT (one stop from the World Trade Center/Taipei 101 MRT), 7 minutes to Daan MRT (one stop from the Daan Park MRT), ~15 min to Taipei 101, ~15 minutes to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, ~15 minutes from Ton Ling - (which houses Luxy, World Gym (24 hour guest passes available), Zara, a movie theater (private rooms) and more), in the middle of Dong Chu 東區/東区.

Garbage removal services and two units per floor for this building.

Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin Chinese. Highly prefer written English, am beginner level in Traditional Chinese and can use G translate for other languages.

Before you book, please note that the following activities are not welcome: smoking, pets, drugs, parties and other illegal activities. Smoking allowed ONLY on the balcony with the balcony doors closed.
