Rental Details
The room is large enough to host 2 people in full comfort: it is spatious, sunny and faces a quite garden. It is equipped with a video projector and wall screen (can be connected to a tablet, smartphone or laptop).
Adiacent to the room is the bathroom (with a shower) and also a living corner with TV and computer.
The room is part of a 4 room, 120 sq. m. apartment, (where we live) featuring a state of the art kitchen, one more bathroom with jacuzzi, laundry, drying and ironing services and a large living and dining room (all accessible)
The house is centrally airconditioned (cold and heat) with control in each room by dampers.
Satellite dishes provide TV channels from all over the world and Wifi, as well wired internet is available everywhere.
The apartment is in Mapu st. (quite the hearth of Tel Aviv) and a few steps from the seaside and the beach, Ben Yehuda st., Dizengoff st. and Center with its huge choice of shops.
On Ben Yehuda, within a 2-4 minutes walk, there are minimarkets open 24/7 with its cafes, restaurants and pubs. Altough adiacent to main roads, the house is very quite, day and night.
Public transports to other parts of the city and country is easily accessible (e.g. bus no. 4 (to the Central Bus Station and Northern Terminal) stops every 2-5 minutes !
Public bike rentals is situated right behind the corner
Hosting includes: weekly change of blankets and towels and room cleaning.
Since we got married, we have been hosting relatives and friends from all over the world according to our best mediterrenean traditions (I am from Libya and my wife Sofi is from Greece). We are glad to offer our home and experience to Roomorama guests and we shall do our best to make their stay memorable.
We speak English, Hebrew, Italian and Greek
