Spacious sppartament in Tel Aviv, in the heart of Florentine quarter, bohemian, vibrant neighborhood.

There are two big rooms in the flat with two double beds. Double or single mattress available for additional guests. There is also a big Bauhaust style round balcony with chairs to sit on it. The apartament is on a first floor (= second floor in American English)

The kitchen (a separate room) is fully equipped with stove, kettle , refrigerator and microwave oven, with set of plates, glasses, wine opener, cutlery for 6 people and other necessary things for cooking. Pots, frying pan. You will find there coffee, teas, sugar, coffee whitener.

OTHER AMENIETIES: Both rooms are air-conditioned with wireless internet and have heating. We supply linen and towels, also shampoo and soap.There is no parking on premise but it is possible to find free parking in the area - about 3-5 min walk from the appartament, there is also a paid parking very close to the flat (one minute walk).

There is a city bike station right under the flat, it costs 17 shekels a day only and we will instruct you how to rent it.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is located in the very heart of Florentine, hip and colorful quarter with genuine relax attitude bohemian and artsy flair. Called “Soho of Tel Aviv” this neighborhood is a melting pot of “old Tel Aviv” – small businesses of craftsmen, carpenters, upholsterers, cobblers and bakers, family-owned hummus and bureka shops on one side , aand “modern and young Tel Aviv” with cafes, pubs, restaurant, and dance clubs, boutiques and art galleries. If you’re interested in a street art, Florentine is a capital of this art (graffiti, murals).

You will have 20 meters to a bakery, 10 meters to 24/7 grocery shop, 200 meters from Vital street where you will find many cafes, small restaurants and trendy pubs. There is more cafes and bars in the side streets of this area. 

The apartment is close to city center (10 min walk from Rotshild boulevard), to historical antic port of Jaffa (10 min walk), to the sea (10 minutes walk) and 5 min walk to Neve Tzedek.

We ourselves (hosts) live also in Florentine, 4 minutes away from this appartament, so we are close if you need us. We really love this neighborhood, its relaxed atmosphere, most relaxed in all Tel Aviv. You will love it too!
